After 5:00pm there are parking spots in the back of the building. Our neighbors let us use their spots, after they are gone.

1 hour Meters are on Westwood blvd. We'll add more money to your meter. There is 2 HOUR residential parking on Midvale ave.

Our building does not have parking. The nearest public parking Garage is at 1433 2nd st, Santa Monica, CA, 90401. OR Another Public Parking garage is at Santa Monica Place. Both structures have the same rates: First 90 minutes are free, then it is $2 for the next 30 minutes, then it's $3.50 for the next 90 minutes. See the full list of rates at the structure entrance.
Please note that Downtown Santa Monica is a busy area. Traffic may be heavy in the evening and/or on weekends.
