Clients with visible signs of skin redness, infections, common cold, discharge any other disease, etc., will not be served to avoid a spread of a possible infection. The card on file will be charged.

eGift Card is a digital gift card that has a 16 digit card number and can be preloaded, emailed as a gift and redeemed for services and products here at Wonderlash.
You can choose eGift Card amount, time of delivery, and add a personal message and the recipient’s info. Once payment is processed, a confirmation of the order is emailed to the purchaser. The eGift Card is emailed to the recipient. It's that easy :)
eGift Card balance can be checked at any time from the original eGift Card email by clicking on the View Your eGift Card button. The page will have information about the card balance, transaction history, methods for redemption, and the original gifting message. Balance does not expire.
Please arrive to the appointment with no mascara or eyeliner. There is a $5 cleaning fee if our lash stylists will be removing eye makeup. We have all of the necessary supplies here to take it off . Arrive a few minutes before the appointment to take off mascara/eyeliner.
Pets are welcome if they are in the carrier. No animals are allowed on the treatment table at any time
Avoid drinking coffee at least 3 hours before your appointment. Caffeine makes your eyes twitch and it makes it difficult to place extensions on natural lashes.

We guarantee your satisfaction and offer a Complimentary Fix within the first 7 days if:
You are not happy with the style, length or look of your eyelash extensions
If your extensions start shedding excessively and you have less than 80% of extensions within the first few days after application
Please note that we will do a complimentary fix only within the first 7 days after the initial application. No exceptions will be made.
We are Eyelash Extensions Experts who perform wonders by carefully attaching extensions to your own natural eyelashes. We take pride in excellent results and it is our priority to ensure your well being and safety.
Our lash extensions are feathery soft and made of high quality materials. The adhesive used is non-toxic and formaldehyde free. The extensions will stay put for the duration of your natural lash life cycle. Each eyelash remains in its own life cycle, with a few of your natural eyelashes falling daily. To maintain the fullness of the lash extensions we recommend touch ups every 2-3 weeks.
For sensitive eyes we recommend to do a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment.
