Dear Clients. As of April 1st 2022, there will be a 10% price increase on Fill Appointments.

 

We have not raised prices since 2020 but forced to do so now because our suppliers raised their prices and there has been a significant rent increase due to change in building ownership. 

Thank you for your understanding. We value your support and your loyalty. 

  • We do not charge the card at the time of booking.

  • We do charge the full amount of the appointment for the Missed Appointments, late cancelation/modification/rescheduling in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We ask clients to pay attention to the dates, times when booking as well as contacting us to cancel or modify the appointment. 

  • If appointment is booked on the day of the appointment and then cancelled/rescheduled later, the card on file will be charged for the service. 

  • Grace period is 20 minutes for the late arrivals. After 20 minutes we do not accept late clients and the card on file is charged for the missed appointment.

  • If a client displays visible signs of skin redness, infections, common cold, discharge any other disease, etc., we will not provide the service to avoid contamination or spread of the possible infection. The card on file will be charged for the service. 

 
We understand that last-minute emergencies happen and we'd appreciate it if you contact us as soon as possible.

 

We reserve the right to change your lash artist with or without notice in the event of an emergency.
